What helps us give a useful first reply

The more we know about the production, the more specific our first answer can be. You do not need a finished brief. A few lines on what is going wrong or what you are planning will let us suggest the right service and ask sensible questions.

If the enquiry concerns a studio, tell us about the room: its approximate dimensions, ceiling height and what it was used for before. A floor plan is ideal, but a photograph or a hand sketch with measurements works well enough to start a conversation.

For camera, lighting or sound questions, list what you currently use and how it is connected. Mention anything that behaves inconsistently, such as colour that drifts between cameras, hum on a microphone line or monitoring that does not match the transmission.

For live events, give us the date range, venue type, expected crew size and the points in the schedule where changes are hardest to make. This lets us think about signal flow and rehearsal time before we speak.

Finally, tell us how you prefer to work. Some clients want a short call first, others prefer to exchange written notes. We follow your lead, and we confirm any scope and fee in writing before work starts.
