How ordering works

From first enquiry to paid invoice

Ordering is done by email and bank transfer, with every step confirmed in writing. Nothing is purchased on this site, and the fee is agreed before work begins.

  1. Send an enquiry

Use the form on the contact page to describe your production, space or fault. Include any plans or equipment lists you have. A short, honest description is enough for us to understand what you need.

  2. Talk through the scope

We reply by email and may ask a few questions about your schedule, crew and equipment. Together we agree what the work should cover and what it should leave out.

  3. Receive a written quotation

We send a quotation stating the scope, the fee in pounds sterling and anything that could change it. Take the time you need to read it, and ask us to clarify any line.

  4. Confirm and receive the invoice

When you accept the quotation in writing, we issue an invoice. You pay it by bank transfer using the details shown, and we begin the agreed work once the arrangement is confirmed.

  5. Delivery and changes

We deliver the plan, report or guidance as agreed and discuss it with you. If you cancel or change scope, our payment and refund policy sets out how fees are treated.
