These letters come from clients in television and live events. They describe particular pieces of work and what changed afterwards in day-to-day running.
We were rebuilding a small news studio and could not agree on where the cameras and desk should sit. The layout drawings settled it in one meeting, and our contractor said the cabling schedule was the clearest he had been given.
Our cameras never quite matched across a long show. After the review of our control room set-up, we changed monitor positions and reference levels. Operators now work from the same starting point, and the pictures hold together far better.
The workflow audit was frank and well organised. It listed small faults we had stopped noticing and ranked the changes by time saved. We worked through the first few before the next season began.
Dialogue on our weekly programme was often hard to follow. The advice on microphones and monitoring was practical and easy to apply. Our sound team made the changes themselves and the mix is noticeably clearer.
